1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crystal Clean Brisbane website (crystalcleanbrisbane.com) and the booking of any cleaning services through our website, phone, or in person. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Crystal Clean Brisbane provides residential and commercial cleaning services including bond cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, oven detailing, window cleaning, move-in cleaning, and commercial vacate cleaning across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Services are performed by trained cleaning professionals. We carry public liability insurance for the work we perform.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made online through our website, by phone, or by email. Full payment is required at the time of booking for online bookings processed through our secure Stripe payment system. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email. Our team will contact you within 2 hours during business hours to confirm your appointment date and time.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost to cover technician scheduling.

If our technician is unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time due to no fault of Crystal Clean Brisbane, a call-out fee may apply for rescheduling.

5. Warranty

We review concerns about an included checklist item when they are reported promptly after service. Any review is limited to the scope confirmed in your booking.

We do not guarantee the return of a rental bond, which is determined by the lessor or property manager. Additional work, damage, wear, inaccessible areas, or items outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

6. Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe access, working utilities, and an appropriately cleared property. Personal belongings, food, and rubbish should be removed unless otherwise agreed. Crystal Clean Brisbane is not liable for incomplete work caused by unsafe or unavailable access, utilities, or inadequate preparation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crystal Clean Brisbane's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

8. Products and Surface Care

We select cleaning products and methods based on the task and accessible surface. You must tell us about delicate materials, existing damage, allergies, pets, or manufacturer-specific care requirements before work begins.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or networks. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Crystal Clean Brisbane and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
